In this plasma bag application, background noise in the form of liquid bubbles was interfering with the inspection of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) printed on the plastic bag’s surface.
A MidOpt Blue Bandpass Filter (BP470) was used in conjunction with a UV light source to reduce the appearance of the bubbles in the final image.
