Increasing Image Resolution Using Bandpass Filters
Many machine vision lenses are not able to converge all wavelengths into perfect focus at the same focal point. Some wavelengths focus differently on the sensor plane. Bandpass Filters can improve resolution by reducing the wavelength range of light allowed to pass through the camera, eliminating chromatic aberrations.
